Warranty Policy – Coffee Machines 

At Something’s Brewing, we stand behind the quality of our products. This Warranty Policy explains what is covered, what is not covered, and how you can claim warranty service for your coffee machine. 

This policy applies to coffee machines purchased from Something’s Brewing, its authorized sellers, and online marketplaces including Amazon, unless stated otherwise on the product page. 

1. Warranty Period

All coffee machines are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the date of purchase, unless a different warranty period is explicitly mentioned for a specific product.
The warranty is valid only upon submission of the original purchase invoice. 

2. Product Usage Limitation (IMPORTANT)

All coffee machines covered under this warranty are designed for domestic / home use only.
Any use of the product for commercial, institutional, café, office, HoReCa, or similar purposes shall render the warranty void . 

3. What This Warranty Covers

Under normal domestic use and in accordance with the user manual, this warranty covers:

- Defects in materials or workmanship
- The cost of defective OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) parts
- Service engineer visit charges for on-site service, where such service is available for the product and customer location. 

For products or locations not eligible for on-site service, customers may be required to send the product to an authorized service center. 

4. What This Warranty Does NOT Cover

This warranty does not cover damage or defects arising from:
- Normal wear and tear
- Improper installation or usage not in accordance with the user manual
- Customer mishandling, misuse, abuse, or tampering
- Use of chemicals, corrosion, or improper cleaning
- Commercial, institutional, café, office, HoReCa, or non-domestic usage
- Voltage fluctuations, power surges, improper electrical supply, or external electrical faults
- Acts of God including fire, flood, earthquake, lightning, or natural calamities
- Consumables and accessories unless explicitly stated otherwise 

Customers are advised to use the product with a suitable voltage stabilizer, where required. 

5. Repair, Replacement & Refund

If a defect covered under warranty cannot be repaired, Something’s Brewing may, at its sole discretion, offer repair, replacement, or refund in accordance with applicable laws and marketplace policies. 

6. Transportation & Logistics

For on-site service, no service engineer visit charges apply.

Where on-site service is not applicable, transportation or courier charges for sending the product to the authorized service center shall be borne by the customer, unless stated otherwise. 

7. How to Claim Warranty Service

To raise a warranty request, customers must provide product details, purchase invoice, and issue description to Customer Care. 

8. Warranty Void Conditions

This warranty shall be void if:

- The product is used for commercial or non-domestic purposes

- The product is repaired or serviced by unauthorized personnel

- The product is not used as per the Use & Care instructions

- The product serial number is altered or removed 

9. Limitation of Liability

The maximum liability of Something’s Brewing under this warranty shall not exceed the Maximum Retail Price (MRP) of the product. 

10. Jurisdiction

All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka, India. 

11. Policy Updates

Something’s Brewing reserves the right to modify this Warranty Policy at any time. The latest version published on the website shall prevail.
